Projects

Things built and run outside school, most of them still in daily use.

Grandify grandify.eu Lead network engineer for a VPS hosting provider: designing and running the network on its own ASN and BGP with an IPv4 /24, Proxmox, and redundant OPNsense routers.
Multi-site network of my own six servers, several locations Proxmox, MikroTik and OPNsense across VLANs, OSPF and BGP, joined by VPN tunnels, monitored with Zabbix and documented in NetBox. Everything on karafa.net runs on it.
Plan&Ride par.karafa.net Co-founder. A free, open-source app for buses in Slovakia: live departures, a journey planner and a bus you can follow.
CanSat 2025/2026 team TSA BB, deputy team lead Server and database, the satellite's link back to the ground, and telemetry visualisation in PostgreSQL and Grafana.
ARGUS DNS traffic analysis An app of my own for spotting threats in DNS traffic: Python and Flask on top of Technitium DNS, wired into a MikroTik firewall.
Lixie StopWatch Erasmus+ Erfurt, May – June 2026 The networking side of the project, plus getting the device working and its readings onto the display.
